DiiA elects new Board at first General Assembly meeting

The Digital  Illumination Interface Alliance (DiiA), an open consortium of lighting companies that promotes the global adoption of digital lighting-control systems using DALI technology, held its first General Assembly meeting on October 18th, 2017.

The meeting had two sections; a webinar providing an update on technical and promotion roadmaps, followed by the formal General Assembly meeting, which included the election of the new Board of Directors.

The new Board is chaired by Arnulf Rupp of OSRAM, with Tridonic’s Jens Herter as Vice-Chair. The other Board members represent Helvar, ITZ GmbH (a division of Trilux Group), Loytec (part of Delta Electronics), Lutron and Philips Lighting.
